Like his wife, Winthrop is also a life-long Alaskan. He graduated with an Economics degree from Harvard and an MBA from the Univ. of Washington. Starting his career in the commercial department at his father's company, Jack White Company (Anchorage) as a teen, Winthrop learned from the best. With a career spanning more than 3 decades, Winthrop has a deep institutional knowledge of real estate in Anchorage, has negotiated hundreds of deals and has worked with most of the top brokers in Anchorage. He uniquely brings a practical, hands-on knowledge of real estate from having owned, renovated and managed dozens of his own properties.

Audrey is a life-long Alaskan that graduated from Baylor University and received a law degree from University of Puget Sound. Audrey, a licensed, retired lawyer, has years of litigation and real estate law experience in Alaska. After a very successful career in private practice, she retired, and joined her husband to have fun and pursue her passion for real estate. She brings to the table years of contract, litigation, and real estate legal expertise, as well as years of managing, buying and owning Anchorage Real Estate.
